About This Bundle
Anxiety is one of the most common struggles in modern Christian life and one of the most often misunderstood. It is not simply a failure of faith or a lack of trust in God. It is a complex interaction of biology, thought, circumstance, and spirit. Many Christians carry anxiety alongside a deep sense of shame about having it, believing that a "real" Christian would not feel this way.
This bundle equips Christian counselors to work with anxious clients without minimising, moralising, or over-spiritualising, while still honouring the genuine role of faith in anxiety's healing.
The six assessments cover different dimensions of anxiety: symptoms, worry patterns, specific fears, panic experiences, social anxiety, and the distinctively Christian dynamics of anxiety (scrupulosity, spiritual reassurance-seeking, spiritualised avoidance). Used together, they give a layered picture of what is actually happening, so care can be focused and effective.
